- Due to the intimate nature of our items all items are final sale unless defective.

-We cannot refund any shipping costs.

- Refunds issued as store credit only. You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt at sales@shopkinkygirly.com with order number & reason for return. If approved store credit is issued once we receive the item. Store credit code will be emailed to email address left with your original order.
